Ayurvedic Yoga Massage

The original method of AYM was developed in the early 1980s in Pune, India, by Master Kusum Modak. A female student of Yoga Guru BKS Iyengar, who combined traditional Indian oil deep tissue massage with assisted yoga-based stretching therapy. The session is given on a mattress on the floor using both hands and feet to deliver the 60-90 minutes massage.
