Our Mindful Goal Setting coaching will help you achieve your goal (or a pair of goals) that you’ve clearly identified. They tend to be focused on one area of the Wheel of Life (health, relationship, finance, career shifts,…) instead of the whole Wheel (see our program Design your Best Life: the Virtuous Circle for a 360 approach).

As your coach, I’ll help you develop the best strategies to reach your goal, plan to overcome obstacles, implement tools and habits, and create an accountability system that will support you long after our coaching sessions.

This part is already incredibly useful, rich and practical. But what differentiates this program from all of the Goal Setting techniques out there is its mindfulness.

The real value comes from identifying the deeper reason behind your goal, understanding what really drives you, what makes you whole, fulfilled and happy.

This self-awareness will connect you to the intrinsic motivation that will not only get you started but keep you going all the way.

Goal setting is often about the “push”: the “i have to”/“I should”, pushing/powering through adversity using willpower. It works… up to a certain point. Willpower is a limited resource and drains our energy, which is why we end up tired, demotivated and ultimately giving up on our goals. 

To keep the motivation intact, we need something more, we need the “pull”. The pull is a force, an energy that comes from within us and fuels the actions needed to achieve our goals. It connects at a deeper level with the real needs and values that have to be satisfied in order to feel content.

With the Mindful Goal Setting, we link the “what” and the “how” to the bigger “why”, the means to the end, so you can achieve your goals on every level.

 

Mindful Goal Setting (individual sessions) – Format & Fees: 

The coaching sessions take place online (videocall) unless it was already decided to be in person in Malaga center. 

Each session lasts approximately 45min-1.5 hour, and the number of sessions will depend on the type of goals you want to achieve.

Fees: 100€ x 1 session
