Dynamic classes linking breath with movement, Vinyasa, or flow classes, build heat, strength, and flexibility, through sequencing of asana (postures) to develop a stronger mind-body connection and create more focus and presence in our lives.

Relaxing Yin Yoga, Thursday 17h30-19h · Paseo de la Farola

It is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues within our bodies, providing a deeper stretch through holding the poses between 3 to 10 minutes in length, finding our own edge between challenge and acceptance.

Private classes

Private classes can be arranged for one-on-one, couples, small groups, events and office yoga for customized learning and specific needs, direct feedback and flexible timing (duration: 60min).
