Enroll in a 12-session life purpose coaching journey based on self-development and positive psychology best practices to discover who you truly are, what you stand for and what you need to do in order to live a more balanced, joyful, meaningful life and have a positive impact on the world.
This program is a culmination of years of studying the best authors, psychologists, leaders and thinkers, and of researching both the most up to date fields within self-development and psychology (Human Needs, Strength-based psychology, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Relaxation Techniques, Mindfulness…) and ancient vedic wisdom.
In Hinduism and the teachings of yoga, Dharma means “higher purpose”, your reason for being.

The 12 Stepping Stones
01- WHEEL OF LIFE
In our very first coaching session, we’ll explore what living a life of purpose means for you and deconstruct some of the myths and misconceptions around it. We’ll also assess where you are in the 10 main areas of your life. This way, we’ll have a good starting point (the “before”) and you’ll be able to easily measure your progress and the impact of the coaching on your life (the “after”).
02- LIFE VISION
Before getting what we want, we need to name it. Working with the Wheel of Life, you’ll define what fulfillment and success mean to YOU for each area of your life. We’ll then work on the science of happiness and how you can concretely improve it in your day to day.
03- LIFE TIMELINE
By remembering the peak experiences of your past from birth to today, you’ll identify the events that have shaped who and where you are at in your life right now. It will allow us to start unraveling patterns, conditioning, conscious and unconscious lessons, and a possible trajectory about where this current path is leading you.
04- VALUES, BELIEFS AND RULES
Building on the previous sessions, we’ll dig deeper into your belief systems, values and the rules you have around them. The goal here is to gain clarity about what drives your behaviors and emotions, distinguish the empowering beliefs from the limiting ones and implement actions to get more of the former and get rid of the latter.
05- PASSIONS AND INTERESTS
By reconnecting with your childhood wonders, dreams and quirks, your younger self will give us insights about what really mattered to you before the “reality” and practicalities of being a grown-up kicked in. We’ll link that to your current interests, expand on the concept of passion and how to cultivate it.
06- PERSONALITY, SKILLS, TALENTS
In this session, we’ll talk about the relationship between passions, skills and talents, and the role that your strengths play in your career and overall happiness. We’ll use some online tests to discover your personality traits, natural talents and needs. And then, we’ll analyze the results and their practical expression in your daily life.
07- YOUR GENIUS
This session is a direct continuation of the previous one. We’ll study more in depth your talents and the main characteristics of your personality, how they interact with each other (positively and negatively) so you can become more aware of the cautious combinations as well as how to understand your uniqueness and fully express your genius.
08- THE WORLD NEEDS
A life of purpose and meaning cannot really be achieved without contributing to others and having a positive impact on the world around you. We’ll explore the United Nations sustainable development goals as well as the little practical actions that can be implemented on a daily basis to leave a positive imprint.
09- YOUR DHARMA
In this session, we’ll put all the pieces of the puzzle together and brainstorm on your dharma: the sweet spot where What you Love / What you’re Great at / What you can be Paid For and What the World Needs overlap and align with your values and needs so you can embrace your purpose.
10- UNLEASH YOUR DHARMA
Now that you have a clearer idea of what your dharma is, we’ll work on defining the next steps that need to be followed to walk in the direction of your purpose. To do so, we’ll apply mindset, goals setting and habits formation techniques that will support you long after the end of this program.
11- FUEL YOUR GOALS
The goals represent the milestones on the path to your purpose. In order to reach them, you’ll need to apply your skills and talents, and the mindset and empowering beliefs that we’ve been working on. You’ll also need a lot of energy which is why this session will be all about how to leverage the fuel of a healthy lifestyle.
12- GOING BEYOND
In this last session we’ll go over everything we’ve covered up until now and assess your new level of happiness and fulfillment in each area of the Wheel of Life. It will also be the opportunity to answer the possible remaining questions so you’ll be ready to embrace and expand your vision with confidence.

This program is designed to be completed in 12 sessions over the course of 4 months with one or two weeks between each coaching session.
The duration of each one-to-one online session can vary between 45min-1.5h depending on the theme covered. Each session complements the others and the entire program is built on 3 pillars:
- Workbook exercises to complete at home prior the coaching session
- Online one-to-one session
- Sadhana: daily actions to perform until the next session
To get the best results out of this program, you need to commit, do the activities and put in the efforts. The actions are where the actual improvement takes place. It is an investment of time, energy and money but I’ll be here every step of your journey to hold you accountable, support you and cheer you on!
